ORDER & RETURNS POLICY
You will be told the total price of all the products you are purchasing, including packing and delivery charges, before your order is confirmed. Online payment is provided in a secure environment by Stripe Payments. Payments can be made by one of the following payment methods: - Visa and MasterCard Credit/Debit - Laser and Maestro Payment will be taken at time of order confirmation. All products remain the property of YBIG until full payment has been received and the funds have been cleared. Please ensure your billing address and telephone number are as registered with your Credit Card company as incorrect information provided may cause a delay in processing your order. YBIG will not be held liable for delay or non-delivery if the issuer of your credit card refuses to authorise payment.
DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS
All details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the YBIG website are correct at the time of upload. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment. Cancellations can be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are happy to offer refunds or exchanges on purchases made via www.ybigstore.com under the below conditions:
1) FAULTY ITEMS
We do our very best to ensure that products are well protected when shipped to our customers. However, in the instance of products that are broken or damaged in transit, you must contact us in writing within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. You may be required to email a photo of the damaged product. Email email@example.com and we will arrange a replacement of the item for you. You may be requested to return the damaged product to YBIG. If this is required of you, postage charges will be refunded for the return of faulty or damaged products.
2) NON-FAULTY ITEMS
If for any reason you decide not to keep an item, you can return it within 14 days of receipt to the address indicated on your despatch slip. Non-faulty items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and must be in an unused condition. We recommend you return goods by registered post and retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit while being returned to us. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a claim for a refund on the item. Please be aware that post and packaging is non-refundable, except where items have been returned because they are faulty or do not otherwise conform to your order.
